Discografia De Doom (Crust UK)

Buenos Dias para todos !!! como primer aporte al Blog queria subir esta discografia De una De las Mejores Bandas De Crust Que ha existido y resistido (en mi criterio ) A Discargar !! 

Doom es una banda de crust punk formada en la ciudad de Birmingham, en Reino Unido, siendo contemporáneos con bandas como Napalm Death o Extreme Noise Terror, Doom se vería influenciado por esta nueva ola de Hardcore que estaba recién formándose.

La primera alineación del grupo contó con Jon Pickering en el bajo, Bri Doom como guitarrista y Jason Hodges en la batería, originalmente bajo el nombre de The Subvertes, poco tiempo después Mick Harris sustituiría a Hodges en la batería y la banda cambiaría el nombre por el de Doom. En el año 1987 cambiarían de nuevo la alineación, ahora Jon se concentraría en las vocales, Harris abandonaría la banda siendo sustituido por Tony «Stick» Dickens, Peter Nash se uniría a la banda como bajista y Bri se mantendría en su viejo puesto. Así empezaría formalmente Doom.

Doom se ha disuelto en dos ocasiones: primero bajo el periodo de 1987-1990, reuniéndose dos años mas tarde en 1992, seria en este segundo periodo en que se integrarían Denis Boardman y Scoot, actuales miembros, disolviéndose en el 2005 debido a la muerte de Wayne Southworth, que también había estado en Doom durante este segundo periodo.

Actualmente la banda ha vuelto ha presentarse en vivo, desde el 2010 con Denis en la voz, Bri Doom en la guitarra, Scoot en el bajo y Stick nuevamente en la Bateria.

Doom se ha caracterizado por su singular crudeza en su música, mezclando elementos del Rock Punk y Crossover, influenciados por grupos como Discharge, con temática de critica social y anarquimo, siendo uno de los primeros grupos de Crust Punk y el mayor representante de este.
